The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the importance of staying connected whether that is by phone, conference call or video. Biddulph Hearing Centre classifies as an essential service and consequently we want to do everything possible to keep everyone communicating.
We follow the ‘Audiology and Otology Guidance During Covid-19’ published by the UK’s audiology professional bodies. As a result, we are doing everything we can to ensure we all remain as safe as possible.
Please be considerate when making an appointment and do not put yourself or others at risk. If you are displaying any of the symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend the practice. We are happy to reschedule once it is safe to do so.
As of writing (June 2022), all Covid restrictions have been lifted in the UK. However, should there be a surge in cases and we are instructed to go back to restrictions, then we shall follow the ‘Audiology and Otology Guidance’ as mentioned above.
